Rhinocommon changelogs

I’m asking that because I had a bug in my plugin that appeared because the behavior of a method in Eto changed.
Knowing if external dll versions have changed would be a plus (and I don’t see it listed in Rhino 6.10 changelog so it may have been in 6.9 or some earlier version …)
